Give 100% Eid Bonus to the MPO teachers, Give opportunity to Non-MPOs Eid
The country has been independent, but Non. government MPO teachers are still deprived of full access facilities. The taste of full freedom did not get. Even more than one era has passed, even though MPO teachers do not have any changes or amendments to Eid Bonus 25 percent.
Even though the present Prime Minister is educationally friendly, why is it not understandable that MPO teachers who had 25 percent of Eid Bonus remained? What about non-MPO and part-time teachers? They have no salary, no bonus, and no financial support. Their sorrowful ending knows no bound. Authority should take necessary action to enjoy Eid. We should think about their families and it’s expenditures.MPO teachers were hopeful that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will liberate the education system by dividing the education system. The discrimination system will give gifts to the nation. But it is no longer the fate of MPO teachers.The Eid bonus is not changed by 25 percent of the original scale, it can not be accepted at the present time. The days will be changed, the rules will change, that is normal. But there is no change in the fate of MPO teachers. In the same situation, the MPO teachers remained in that state even today.In order to continue development, the disparity in the education system has to be eliminated. Employ Eid Bonuses among government and MPO teachers. Development of education is not possible without coordinating Eid Bonus. So, in order to provide full Eid bonus before the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, the MPO teachers are kindly requesting the authorities.
Teachers make up nation-building artisans Developing a developed country without a teacher is not possible. The development of the country whose work is achieved. Real education is not expected to deprive them of the right. The people of every profession where the full Eid Bonus gets. On the other hand, MPO teachers get only 25 percent of the basic scale. Which is not really beneficial for the education system.
Where the teachers play an important role in the formation of a nation. Development of an education system is never possible if they are divided. This will hinder the real purpose of education.
Such questions have been shaken by the conscious citizens who are involved in the education system, which is a logical reason to undermine them.
Do we still get the Bangabandhu gold Bangla still? If Bangabandhu was alive today, there would be no discrimination in the education system. Everyone got respect. It is a matter of great difficulty to accept the division of Bangabandhu’s education system in Bengal.
Because of the difference between Eid Bonus in the education system, the process of mixed in teachers is being created among the teachers. Teachers are still deprived of full Eid Bonus, it seems like a dream.
There is no hail in the country, no lack of necessity, but it is not changing the life of the MPO teachers.
The country is moving forward in the middle-income country in the history of the world by continuing the development trend. But MPO teachers are going back only today due to lack of parents. There is no one to look for MPO teachers. Do not know what we are getting and what is not?
Instead of holy Eid al-Fitr, we demand 100 percent Eid Bonas instead of 25 percent. I do not know whether this demand will reach the authorities. Even though I am requesting the authorities as an MPO teacher, you should arrange a full Eid Bonus with this consideration. Free education system discrimination.
How long will the MPO teachers be living neglected? What can anyone say?
At present, the prices of each commodity have increased, what can be done with this little Eid bonus money?
So, the value of our life journey was buried below the price. From this, MPO teachers could not get out. To live life is below the poverty line. Identity is nothing but MPO teachers. That is why MPO teachers Eid means life is diweduba.
This problem should be resolved. Otherwise, the speed of reading will decrease among the teachers.
This discrimination in the education system is really tragic.
I have heard before the education system that MPO teachers did not get Eid Bonus. But even MPO teachers are receiving only 25 percent of the basic scale. The present era, but in this era of the digital era, this little Eid Bonus was given. It is very disappointing for MPO teachers.
The country has reached the middle-income country, but MPO teachers remain in the analog era. It is not an improvement.
Now the teachers of MPO are drowning in the downstream of the development of the sea, there is no one to hold hands, how can it be dipped?
All the wages bonus increased but the MPO teachers are not just changed. Lower the salaries of MPO teachers. Bonus is the name only.
There is no limit on living for private teachers. The quality of life has really increased. But not for MPO teachers. There is no way in which MPO teachers are allowed to run in the current period. The lack of perception is not ruled out. According to this, the burden of the family with this little salary bonus has become almost impossible today.
There are no steps and steps that will increase the quality of life of MPO teachers. MPO and Non-MPO teachers are unhappy today.
It is a sincere request to the Honorable Prime Minister that you should protect the nation from division by declaring full Eid Bonus for MPO teachers.
